- Conducted an audit of merchandise, in conjunction with the Marketing and Membership Recruitment departments.
- Designed and oversaw the creation of all Alpha Phi merchandise, meticulously adhering to the brand guidelines established by the Marketing and Membership Recruitment Department.
- Managed the end-to-end merchandise procurement process, including vendor selection, order placement, and quality control, following approval from the VP. of Marketing and VP. of Finance & Housing.
- Developed a comprehensive merchandise strategy for the chapter, aligning with annual goals and ensuring brand consistency
Jr. Panhellenic Delegate
- Proficiently represented Alpha Phi at all college Panhellenic meetings, conveying the chapter's interests, concerns, and contributions within the broader Greek community.
- Collaborated with the Panhellenic Delegate by attending bi-weekly Panhellenic meetings, ensuring Alpha Phi's active participation in vital discussions.
- Executed Alpha Phi's voting responsibilities by casting informed votes on behalf of the chapter after consulting with the appropriate Executive Council officer, Chapter Advisor, and/or Recruitment Advisor.
- Maintained regular communication with the chapter by providing comprehensive weekly updates on Panhellenic business, fostering transparency and unity within the organization.
- Cultivated a positive and collaborative relationship with the fraternity and sorority councils.
